vitamins

How many of you out there have had vitamins ?
Practically 90% of you people....Now you may ask, ''whats the big deal in that??''.
well no problems for you if you are really deficient in vitamins and your doctor has prescribed them for you.But if you are consuming them just for the sake of supplementing the diet, its high time you quit taking them.
Because research claims that you are actually inviting problems if you consume them incessantly for without any valid reason.
Vitamin A,E and D have their side-effects if over-consumed .That is a well known fact.
But vitamins B & C were considered safe.Even i was under the impression that vitamin B complex and C wont do any harm as they are water soluble.
But the other day i came across an article in a medical journal stating that water soluble vitamins also have some drawbacks if consumed in excess.They hav'nt concretely stated any disease or ailment which might be a possible consequence of doing the above mentioned.
Researchers claim that our diet mostly provides us with the necessary supplements.The health drinks and other such stuff are fortified with vitamins and minerals.

...........so the next time you are taking vitamins casually think twice because you might just be inviting some serious problems......
